The main issue is the fact that Hamas shed their uniforms and adopt civilian clothing and against the Geneva convention and in attempt to blur the lines. Trump said today that 58,000 were Hamas combatants, and if that's the case it's the most precise war in history. I find that number hard to believe but I thought it was around 40,000 combatants.
