If you HAVE to eat out:
EVERY chain restaurant uses unhealthy soybean/seed oils and other unhealthy things.
Be mindful of your burping, heartburn & indigestion. It's your body telling you not to eat what you did. Most are oblivious to this... It's NOT normal/natural.
Doing it just like you said. I don't use the butcher because I am most vegetarian. I do eat some fish.
