should we maybe not be using kinetic strikes on vessels carrying kilos of fentanyl? I know the ocean is big, but... that stuff is very potent
If one microgram or whatever airborn can kill scores of people it could jack up the ocean ecosystem. Hopefully the saltwater dilution renders it inert
