The video starts with that clip of Biden, then gets into some of the history before the interview starts. During the interview, there are a couple clips from US news to help fill in some gaps of knowledge people may have. According to the people who produced the video, Mr. Shokin wants to help Trump prosecute the people involved in the dirty dealings of the Ukrainian war, which are apparently all democrats spanning all the back to the Obama administration.
