Well I'm not sure if there's a 4d element to it.
There's definitely a globalist bent against red meat. They don't want you eating the healthiest thing on the planet. The propaganda against red meat is astonishing and has a long history. They want you eating 10 servings of bread and grains (slave food).
Beef prices are going up and most likely on purpose to keep the masses sick.
The Big Agriculture lobby is powerful and so this may be a short cut around them. The Big Agriculture lobby pushes grain foods. Cheap, empty calories that can be mass produced in a centralized, controlled fashion and probably funded by the powers that be.
Argentina is known for beef. So that's the cherry on top.

What's gonna say this. Argentina is famous for their plethora of ways to prepare and cook beef. I have a legally naturalized friend from Argentina and what he can do with beef is out of this world. Until we can free the US beef production, this is probably the next best thing.
