As much as needed. This guy is key player in DC organized crime operations. High probability he was the "cleanup guy" that took care of the two MS-13 dudes that took out Seth Rich. If he starts singing, many, many people in DC local gov't, CIA, Dem Party leadership, AND Republican Party leadership go to prison forever.

They have to give him cover and protection because he "knows things" that can get key Democrats sent to prison forever or even executed as accessories to pre-meditated murder. If they don't give him cover, then he gives them all up.
