Rule changes to increase scoring and make it safer for star players is fine.

It's the ability to choose winners/ loses, over/ unders, who gets the yards/ points is the issue. With legalized gambling sports need to be viewed legally as a fair game not entertainment that can be rigged (like it currently is, like the WWE)
