I don't think the charges will hold. Just look at Pritzker....he's fat as as a man can get, so I'm thinking the court will simply say, "if you are found guilty it is this court's decision that a rope would break before you are deceased. Thus that is inhumane treatment under our Constitution. You are free to go."

Of course this would be in an Illinois court with an Obama jury and Judge.
