The funny part? If most of us here were offered free real food by the government to help keep us healthy - fruits, vegetables (like she showed) and raw ingredients like flour, oats, oil, etc. we'd jump at the chance, but she's mad "this is all they'll pay for".
It's like that at the food pantries too, Most people don't want the dried beans and basic things you have to know how to cook with so the folks running the pantries will usually give you extra of those if you ask because they're stuck with a ton. Like out here no one wants lentils so i could get enough bags to build a shed with LOL
This is why I don't donate to food pantries anymore. I cook my own food, reasonably healthy stuff. People who go to food pantries tend to want free processed food.
Processed food is more expensive, even I don't buy it for that reason. Why should I subsidize others?
I'd love all those healthy ingredients. It's hard to budget for my own groceries, these losers refuse to learn how to do that
I remember back when my parents-in-law got government cheese. We made lots of good meals with it, and of course a family favorite, Mac n cheese. I'd love more fresh fruits and veg, as well as beans and grains. We buy our own of course, and I'm a make it from scratch cook. Freebie people buy chips, soda, and other crap, but they also buy expensive cuts of meat, seafood and other pricey items. I was behind a couple who bought fresh shrimp, lobster, crab and steak. They "spent" about 400 dollars because they were having a party.
This is a bonus, cuz I don't remember this promise being made on the campaign trail

Parasites went strait to the camps, for their anti- soviet activities.
It's only going to get more restrictive over the next 4 years so they might want to think about going to work and paying for their own food.
