I know.

It went crazy there.

I went to TN a few years ago to see the areas we would like to live.

Then it just went crazy.

I refuse to sell my brick home fully renovated and buy a double wide mobile home for more than my home. It would wipe out our savings.

Florida was another option but home owners insurance is 5000k or more a year.
