I keep saying they need to take a good look at that building. It always looked like a fortress to me and I wonder why that is -- they need to check the actual physical structure against the blueprints.
Check for hidden rooms or underground passages and bunkers. That place is located smack dab near where one of the weatherman used to live. I don't believe for one second that he didn't leave his influence behind in the form of student acolytes.
I may be overly suspicious but I do not trust THAT MAN or the people in Chicago who supported him and helped him rise to prominence.
President Trump is a person with a background in construction. I have no doubt he could find a way to turn this monstrosity into something visually acceptable given the fact that he has a good eye for architectural beauty. If it comes down to it -- let President Trump handle a redesign of this place.

Elevator shaft, maybe? Think big. Think bigger. What if that thing is designed to get a lot of (the correct) people underground quickly? Holy Moly!
