Microfilm reveals the Aug. 14, 1961, birth announcement in the Honolulu Star Bulletin that a son was born to Mr. and Mrs. Barack H. Obama on Aug. 4, 1961.

In my home town paper the births are listed daily. But for the Kenyan it is 10 days later. He was not born in Hawaii. "Was born to." Not where. Others born on the 4th are listed ..... within 2 days. Next day or the next after that when post time not met.
