Tetartos, for the record, I am sorry that you took this route. I am also disappointed that you did not talk to me about this first. You know full-well that I had your back. However, wishing that someone's teeth would be shelled into the back of their head clearly falls into the category of "advocating violence." The rules in the sidebar are quite clear: We do battle in the sphere of ideas and ideas only. We neither need nor condone the use of force in our work here. I cannot in good conscious hold some anons to a higher standard than others. I must be impartial in all that I do here. I do not take this responsibility lightly.
Surely, you can understand that our goal here is to not get on the bad side of the law or the three-letters. We must be always vigilant.

I expect our fren is having a bad day,happens to all of us. I also agree that mods have to treat everyone equal,its one of the cornerstones of a good board.
Fren, it really wasn't that big of a deal. I wasn't upset or angry with you at all -- I only needed you to remove that one phrase. I told you you could repost. If you would have come straight to me, we could have talked this out.
I wasn't trying to censor you. I was trying to maintain this board as a refuge for all. We have eyes on us constantly and it wouldn't be the first time that GAW found itself without a home. As a mod, it's my job to keep things running smoothly.
You are more than welcome to stay here at GAW. Lots of anons care about you and want you to stay, as you can see.

I'm glad you two had this dialog. I once got a suspension & of course you get angry and all but then I sorta understand too. The other thing is, there really is no where else to go. I hope you'll be back soon

Keeping a fair and balanced no favorites site....is not easy and u end up making someone upset or hurt. Thank you so much for taking your role seriously and being fair and balanced. fwiw, I agree with the post removal, also how you dealt with the situation. It's a bummer because I see him as a fren and a valuable contributor.
I've probably crossed a line or two in some of my comments. Yes, free speech and all but responsible as well. The mission is to pull as many out of the Matrix as possible, and talking like it's fight night at the bar, if only occasionally, will leave some behind. Doesn't mean you can't adjust and have those conversations, if only to vent, on another platform.
I review my comments, adjust as needed, and push forward. If I push more than people can handle, I back off a bit. When they catch up, we push forward again. Together. I hope we see you back soon, I've also liked your posts, you're just ahead of the crowd and likewise frustrated at the speed we have to travel to bring as many as possible along.
