I believe psychological fear-based manipulation to make minds more malleable to whatever narratives and directives would be useful to the globalists / cabal / controllers. TVs were rolled out to practically every classroom in America (probably also in a lot of the rest of the world). It was one of the most watched events in history. Mass psychosis.
