FOS as usual Lib. Autopens are for generic crap, not pardons and not legislation. Yes, it has always been us3d sparingly….but what you obviously ignore, is the “autopen” with Buythem had 20 variations….so his staff was profiting off of pardons…oh, except Hunter’s was actually signed….
