The States which are engaging in this should be sued. There is a record of who, when, and where these driver's licenses were issued. Fire and prosecute them to the maximum. Everyone, from the clerk (s), stupervisors, and higher up the food chain. Its time to restore integrity and competency back into our governments (federal, state, local).
