Granted. UNICEF is a UN Creation, however, and this is one more reason to believe the UN and its daughter organizations don't need tax-payer funding. I remember seeing trick or treat for UNICEF as a child and thinking, 'OK ,so what's that?' Now that I know, I'm glad we didn't donate.
