Alberta is fine, but their location has always limited their oil/resource trade. They are less developed for a reason, we have plenty of other options for oil with better infrastructure. If we own BC we basically force them to trade on our terms anyway. Owning BC gets us Alberta for free. Let's own the TMX before it becomes a bigger competitor.
