BREAKING: USA just closed off the airspace near Puerto Rico with a NOTAM announcing hot pit refueling at the local airport. Hot pit refuelling means aircraft are refuelled with their engines still running so they can take off quickly again. Long night ahead for Maduro…

Make no mistake. Maduro is a rabid Communist and a dictator thug. The entire regime is in bed with the cartels, transnational money laundering (China), and the trafficking of human misery. Many of their partners are other Communists and terrorists that have gained foothold in Latin America and they all target the US. So Trump is trying to destroy that regime, not save it. He is the only one that has balls big enough to attempt dismantling the threat. Other administrations have simply let it grow and did nothing. Probably because they also received proceeds and benefits from allowing it to fester - think election interference and campaign contributions.
A great deal of the proceeds from these networks pays for black operations around the world and here in the US (DS C_A). Obviously Trump has identified Maduro and his network as a main hub for many of those operations that are an existential threat to the US. Cut off the head of the beast and some of the downstream activity will be curtailed if not outright dismantled.
I’m sure Maduro is a cutthroat s.o.b. I just think it’s above Maduro. Either way, the regime is going down. I’m thinking that Maduro was approached and told what was going to happen. He could either play along- or wind up with a Colombian necktie courtesy of his current bosses. I could be wrong. I just see weak attempts at answering back to our current modus operandi. F14s using old school radar from the 80s and 90s and like munitions aren't going to cut it in any confrontation. Maduro knows it. We know it. The cartels know it. Many of these terrorists may just turn over on their bosses if given a way out. Just spitballing here. I assume this-whatever is really going on we aren’t privy to. Watching the movie. Waiting for the credits to roll…
I think you are right on the money. We don't need direct military intervention to make our point or to affect change. Just the threat of it is enough to lead to action on the other end. Trump has used this strategic ambiguity more than once. He does this on purpose - and it works.
You're right. We are fully capable of engagement and winning and they know it. They saw what we did to Iran in one move. Getting those thugs to turn on each other and start throwing themselves under the bus I think is a very distinct possibility. I too have heard the rumblings of possible overthrow. Trump will simply monitor the situation to make sure it doesn't cause an even bigger problem because of any destabilization that spirals. You are also right in that this is way bigger than just Madero. The people behind him are simply pulling his strings.
I think this also is to send a message to the CCP. Your days of infiltrating our backyard while the US did nothing are over. Especially now when the CCP regime is in a weakened state themselves. Trump knows exactly what is happening in China and their global proxies. The CCP is crashing and the Party is desperately trying to save themselves and their regime. Trump knows right where to hit them. The CCP doesn't know how to read Trump. That drives them crazy because they don't know how to plan for his ambiguity. A communist regime has to have plans. They have a difficult time adapting to chaos and uncertainly - exactly how Trump operates and where America shines. One flight restriction and people lose their minds.
I like your deeper look with the China perspective. I still am of the mind that Xi is working with Trump to overthrow the CCP. You made me wonder if the CCP has puppeteers or is the CCP really the top of the chain for China? Do they have a deep state?? That’s a deep thought I’m going to have to think about. What do you think?
The top of the food chain in China are the dragon families and the CCP princelings. So yes, there are puppet masters. Those dragon families are aligned with the rest of the elitists around the world that operate out of sight behind the curtains. I guess you would call them China's deep state. They are all pretty much the same.
IMO, Xi no way in hell is working with Trump. Xi is a rabid Maoist and wants to destroy us and export Chinese Communism globally. Xi is a princeling, but he aspires himself and his family to be among the top of that dragon family food chain. The Xi family has amassed billions held all over the world - all stolen from the Chinese people, weaker nations that the CCP exploits through Belt and Road, and through good old fashion Chinese corruption. There is nothing noble or honorable about Xi or anyone in this family. They are the very thing Trump is against. Unfortunately for the Chinese people, China is in really bad shape right now because of Xi's bad policies that have turned the clock back to the days of the Cultural Revolution. The Chinese people are the ones suffering - not the elites. They live insulated and have their exit strategies if needed.
Since Xi has been in power he has really stepped up the CCP's efforts of expansion and self interest. He wants to be emperor of the world and he has been actively working to take down the West - most of it has been through soft power rather than direct conquest. The CCP's soft power infiltration is everywhere and Xi is calling the shots. Trump is actually the first President to actually check the CCP. All the others simply looked the other way or they were benefiting in some way. Like I said, Trump knows right where to hit them - especially Xi. Trump is sitting on info on about the elites and Xi that if exposed, would bring the entire CCP house of cards down. Trump is keeping that card close to the chest for right now.
I have been monitoring China closely for years and am not inclined to form my perspectives based on a couple of Q posts with no other evidence to support that idea. Everything I have seen over the years points in the opposite direction. You also can't go by what Trump says either. He operates through strategic ambiguity. Uncertainty on the chess board is the zone where he best shines. Disinformation is necessary.
You are not alone in your thinking. Thank you for sharing.
