Afaik The OP is thinking that Whoppi is being scripted by the good guys, in some sort of play.

I personally find that extremely difficult to accept due to the fact that if the good guys were scripting something and turning people to be actors then they would be just as complicit in the evil of those do.

I just think that Whoppi bought the sweater because it was Urban gear not knowing what it's meaning was or she did it to troll...

Koko the clown is a symbol for the psyop media... The character is from the 1920s and I've been used as a symbol in some army videos talking about psyops and psychological warfares.
