At least 23 people were shot, two of them fatally, Friday into Sunday evening across Democrat-run Chicago, Illinois.

That's the big difference between Chicago and Houston.

At least 8 killed, 17 injured in Houston-area shootings during Halloween weekend. That's 25 people shot but 8 fatally in Houston, vs. Chicago's 23 and 2.
