This is the first time I've been able to access the site from the Philippines without a proxy in a long time. Perhaps other countries are ok to visit now.

Davao and along the coast up north is entirely safe. But there are dangerous areas.
Duterte's DDS weeded out many common criminals around here, to the point I haven't witnessed a crime the entire time I've been here.
But I could hop on a bus and go for a couple hours south to the muslim areas and be in danger. Just have to know where the safe areas are.
Good to hear. It's heavily muslim in south Thailand, but they're Thai's, so no problem and no visable crime. It's there but you rerely see it.
