Why would you expect Trump to do anything with Truth Media while he is in office? Devin Nunes is the CEO and the company was made because conservatives go kicked off all other social media. You either perceive Trump will use this to his advantage in the future or not. If you expected for the stock to rise while he was in office, you bet wrong. I'm holding until it is time to get rid of it, like all things.
