No property tax would be fantastic. But getting rid of income tax would be much better. Think of all the money that is locked up in 401ks and IRAs. People can't use their own money because the graduated income tax will eat a large portion of it.
I have some stock that did VERY WELL this year, but can't sell it because it will drive up my income this year, and then I get zapped in taxes.
