President Donald Trump slammed Democrats who urged troops to "refuse illegal orders," saying the behavior was "seditious" and warrants their arrests.

If Mark Kelly is Retired Military, then he still comes under UCMJ, and should be activated and brought back into Active to face a Court Martial.
