In war if a person is firing at us would we claim they are the victim?

The perpetual victim is the most awe inspiring aspect of these people. I see some of them and they are very good looking, confident and intelligent.

So I stare at their works and ponder what would it look like if a group of people are entirely given over to a reprobate mind?

Would that be possible?

For instance if I did something bad and I was in power I would have a problem with what I did. This is called honor. But what is honor to a reprobate?

I believe this is honor to a reprobate and being a perpetual warrior of always being a victim is something they are proud of. Why should they be proud of that?

We have allowed it for decades.
