Because the legal ones still subscribe to anti- American ideals and values and are not compatible with this country. Legal ones are still implementing sharia law, two tier justice system and police forces etc... invaders shouldn't stay when they're actively working against the country, and even they get more political power and outbreed everyone else, they will subjugate everyone, just like they're already telling us they will.
