I posit that it wasn't, but that it was intended instead to foment hatred for America and Israel, making the former the most hated nation in the West, and the latter the scapegoat for any retaliation to follow.
I agree. They want the war. That’s what they’re working towards. They want all the nations and religions of the world polarized, then constrained to fight until exhaustion. Then they’ll roll out the post ww3 regime, which will be even worse for the common man than the post WW2 regime has been.
