I guess not letting them claim tax credits is a start. Especially when they claim a gazillion children with no proof the kids are in this country or even exist . . .
Tht another of their scams. They claim they are self-employed in a "cash business" doing hair, nails, or babysitting, and that they never make more than $20,000. They are either breaking even on their expenses or they have a "loss". Then they claim the child tax credit and get thousands of dollars in free money
