The major crime isn't about giving health care to non-citizens. That's an issue, but it's not a major one (with regards to the money). The real crime is that health care costs about one thousand times more than it should (regardless of your "citizen" status). The real crime is the scam that the systems designed to help you if your sick are actually designed to kill you slowly, let you live just long enough to hate your life, drain your soul, and take all your assets by the time you die, leaving your children and spouses nothing.

The "Citizen" issue, what that really means, and why people would want to move away from their homes in the first place, is a different issue (which is also a scam perpetrated by the same people).

We need to focus on the health (s)care scam and general scams of "economics" more than any other. (Though we can, and probably will, solve them consecutively.)
