The Indian postmen and women just stuffed a bunch of other people’s mails in random boxes on our street and we have to sort them out between ourselves. I spoke to another postman, a good friend, and he said everyday people call in to complain and all they got are warnings. Nobody was ever fired because the Indians are the boss’ relatives or same clan. I wonder if they let this happen to cheat in local elections as well. Something very fishy is going on.

You get an email daily of everything in your mail delivery (might have to subscribe to email and text). This even includes junk mail. All mail coming to you is the image is scanned. If you don’t get something there’s an option to select (I didn’t receive).

I don’t know about Indian workers here but we have very bad customer service. It’s black & white locals. I guess they are citizens, who the hell knows today.
These are my on going problems. The regular lady that delivers is just lazy. If I get packages she leaves the letter type mail with the packages. I’ve complained numerous times and she still does it. I’m not concerned about junk mail but if we have a check or bank card missing that’s a problem. Just one reason to always keep an eye on what’s being delivered.
This is just one of many incidents, this one is the worse I’ve had to date. When I didn’t get a package a few weeks ago I emailed the above address & I got no reply. But the package was delivered a few days later. Last month I ordered a liquid cleaner, I’ve ordered this several times and other liquids with out a problem. I found a black garbage bag stuffed in my mailbox. It was the bottle, box it was shipped in and the at least half of the cleaning liquid in the bag. Box soaked beyond use. Thankfully this came from Amazon, because they refund for the post office stupidity. I think USPS has a contract with Amazon to deliver priority especially for Prime. So if it’s lost or damaged usps pays Amazon. I can’t imagine a grown person thinking that was acceptable. Also this had to have happened at the beginning in the transit because the liquid reeked of very old trash.
Last December we received an entire family’s Christmas pj pants from Target. We figured out where they lived and dropped them at their house. Sadly everyone isn’t that considerate. Mexicans moved into the house on our side of the road several years ago. Before them it was my house as a kid & it was sold to a lady that became like a second mom. I’m not used to these type of neighbors. It doesn’t matter what nationality or color some people don’t have morals. This family has been delivered several packages that should have come to my family. You basically know because FedEx & ups take a picture. I’m always seeing people post a photo of their package (at wrong house) in local groups, trying to locate the package. Basically everyone has bad service. But USPS is the bottom of barrel and should be shutdown or owned privately. IDK what the answer is but the system is broken.
If I order from small businesses I ask for usps alternatives.

Your welcome. I hope you get this resolved. USPS is the worst. My husband ordered a cb antenna. It’s been all over the place. We went to a post office twenty minutes away because it ended up there. The lady I had it this morning and sent it back to Raleigh. If it came back she would drive it our PO, because she now knows he’s looking for it. So, why not do that in the first place?🤦🏻♀️ Obviously if you order something you want it.
