Not the one you asked but I'm in a similar boat: stopped using toothpaste in 2015 and haven't had a cavity since then. Before, I used to deal with cavities and tooth decay regularly to the point I thought it was just the way I was made genetically. Once I stopped using toothpaste, every dentist visit since then has been cavity-free! I don't tell my dentist I don't use toothpaste, and he doesn't ask, so I let him believe whatever.
I brush my teeth once-a-day in the morning using a regular toothbrush and only water. Twice per week, usually Mondays and Fridays, I wet the toothbrush and put some baking soda on it, and brush that on my teeth. That's it! Oh, once in a while, like maybe once every month or two, I rinse my mouth with peroxide. I'll gargle a mouthful, spit it out, and move on with my day.
Regarding flossing, I'll floss if I feel something is jammed in my teeth. Usually, something gets caught in my teeth, which annoys me to no end, so that will motivate me to get some floss to get rid of it.

Hope this helps!
Thanks.
