I've been using a chocolate flavored fluoride free toothpaste: Dr. Sheffield's. It doesn't foam up as well as as the other toothpastes but I guess we can't have everything. You can get it from Amazon. I couldn't find it in any store.

I've been drinking distilled water since 1988 to fight fluoride.
