It doesn't really matter that much that gas is down. Diesel fuel has to come down, otherwise nothing else will come down. It costs too much money to get goods to market.
There are a lot of reasons prices haven't come down, but President Trump repeatedly saying how much cheaper everything is now is not true. Just like with the clot shot, he either needs to tell the truth or at least just stop taking about it. 95% of the time, I love hearing what he has to say, but there's still a little room for improvement.

The price of diesel doesn't affect the prices of our goods that much. It would honestly be fairly miniscule.
