There's a commercial for a company in the movie "Total Recall" (the 1990 one, not the 2010ish one that had fucking Barack Obama on currency in that future). It has a jingle at the end that is pretty catchy "For the memory of a lifetime ... recall, recall, recall ... "
Changes needed
1> Show Tim Waltz saying/doing retarded shit (easy to find).
2> Replace "For the memory of a ... " jingle, change it to something like "For a governor that imports corruption, retard, retard, retard."
There has to be something a bit more catchy than "For a governor that imports corruption" that'd work ... some of you are meme autists ... but I think a short clip like that with "Retard, Retard, Retard" at the end would go viral and drive that sick fuck communist even more insane.
