The first winter being assigned to the Pentagon we had a big snow. I was on the beltway and a guy on the radio was playing a joke. He kept saying: Abandon your car, abandon your car. Over a third stopped their car right in the middle of the highway and stood on the side of the road. I guess we have established the average intelligence of the people around here.
