I went to school near Monfort meat plant, and it was so well known that all of the employees were illegal. We joked about the feds coming in and arresting everyone and deporting them. Even in the early 1990's. More illegals would fill the holes left. It was a never ending cycle, I'm positive it still is.

Our food chain has been run by invaders forever. I'm completely not surprised it still is.
