"I believe the reason it is taking so long is that there are going to be over a million criminal cases and many of those cases will be against media figures and influencers. But, a significant number of those individuals are people who were simply wrong and who are not actually criminals. So how do you sort them out? You run a decade long testing program in which you study each persons actions when various data is presented to them. Only after a very long period of time can you truly identify true enemy combatants and rule out innocent civilians simply exercising their 1st Amendment rights. They are probably utilizing 'standard deviation.' to help them see who is who. This is extremely important. As people are prosecuted for war crimes, family members and many members of the public will not accept justice. Now, imagine if truly innocent people were imprisoned or put to death because of carelessness or sloppiness. Would that not lead to a potentially serious and even justifiable backlash? This can't be rushed and has to be done correctly. The future of mankind depends on it."
