I often use it topical. In the past for knee arthritis, tennis elbow, and rotator cuff. I have been a bit leary to take it orally. Would like to know the protocol also. We've taken it internally in small amounts with no obvious problems. I think the dose was like an eighth of a teaspoon or something similar, for a week at a time
