A Federal Pardon does not HAVE TO apply to a State Conviction. I say HAVE TO because the Governor of that State is the only person that has the power to Pardon anybody for a State Conviction.
That being said, everyone knows that Tina is unjustly being held. EVERYONE.... However, Lawfare is the name of the game here, don't be surprised when PDJT uses this whole shit show situation to highlight that Lawfare and use this against them in a very soon to come move that nobody was expecting.
