The Bible instructs us to not give up meeting together. Ecclesiastes, among other verses, tells us of the power and utility of fellowship.
Ecc 4:9-12 (NASB 95)
9Two are better than one because they have a good return for their labor. 10For if either of them falls, the one will lift up his companion. But woe to the one who falls when there is not another to lift him up. 11Furthermore, if two lie down together they keep warm, but how can one be warm alone? 12And if one can overpower him who is alone, two can resist him. A cord of three strands is not quickly torn apart.
However that does not mean that organized religion will have God's desired outcome for the teaching.
I'd attend a house church if I had some way to find one.
I havent' gone to Church in a long time. I don't know how Jesus thinks of it, but the ones I went to were merely 501c3s trying to extort money and some vile people there.
I hope they find Christ. My relationship with Christ is pretty good. I think that is sufficient, but who knows, maybe I'm wrong.
You are correct, but I do not trust ANY centralized organization at present, and due to failures in the organized church that's is one of the organizations I'm talking about.
I'd gladly attend a house church, and I currently meet with other Christian men on a regular basis.
A great reason to avoid denominational (divisions) churches. Study your bible.
I've already lost faith in organized "Christianity", it's not touching hearts any more. It's about control.

I'm the same.

The Church is People not a Building. The Church lives inside people, and if you are a believer in Jesus Christ , You are The Bride...
