The US military did a lot of research on IQ. They wanted to know who should be doing what jobs, based on IQ.
Their conclusion was that anyone with an IQ below 83 is basically worthless to the military. Anything they do, no matter what the job, will ultimately become counter-productive to the efficiency of the military.
Other research was done on prison inmates. Most of them are sub-100.
Those below 85 are INCAPABLE OF UNDERSTANDING OTHER PEOPLE'S PERSPECTIVES.
This explains why they commit crimes. It is their stupidity, which results in apathy of -- or inability to understand -- the concept of others people's rights.
This also explains why non-White societies have basically accomplished nothing in their entire existence, other than when they received help from those who can give them something (money, knowledge, etc.).
