The Browns fell for one of the many strawmen narratives the IRS puts out to distract people from the real operation of excise tax upon evadable activities. Then they openly let people in and out of their home while they were under siege, which is what got them arrested by moles. The IRS never goes after those who follow the law of excise scrupulously.
