THE CORPORATION SILO

"United States of America" is the DC-based entity that became the official "acting gov't" and CORPORATE US on 15OCT1933; It appears to be an "overlay" with The Republic delegating "operational control and management" from the Constitutional Republic (on behalf of the states, unlawfully) to the US CORP (master municipal service corp that owns and controls the 50 state MSCs, 48 MSCs created 15OCT1933 by American Bar Association (ABA), and 2 more MSCs created sometime in the 1959-1966 timeframe using same 1933 template).

National (gov't) - is NOT a Federal government, and the US has NO National government, despite the media-tards yammering on about it. All actions outside the 17 delegated and enumerated powers are automatically null and void, ab initio, including the very creation of the CORP gov't in 1933 per an automatically unconstitutional amendment in 1932 (20th, created a CORP President and CORP VP) based on an unconstitutional AND fraudulent amendment from 1868 (14th, "for which it stands" implies 2 entities with one a proxy, not ONE exclusive NATION).

THE REPUBLIC SILO

"united states of America" is The Republic, the 13 original sovereign states delegating 17 limited powers to a communally-controlled appendage [controlled by sovereign state reps (House) and sovereign state legislature reps (Senate)], active exclusively until 1868 when the basis for The Corporation creation was added with the 14th Amendment and DC was made "foreign territory" (i.e. NOT part of the 1789 Republic) in 1871. All laws and legal documents (since 1933) have been modified to make "USA, the CORP" = "usA, the Republic" fraudulently; A sovereign entity CANNOT delegate its sovereignty to another entity of ANY type.

A nation of sovereign states - Structure of the Republic is dual with 1. sovereign states, and 2. a limited Federal entity with only 17 delegated powers. Per the 9th and 10th Amendments, ALL except the 17 enumerated are reserved to the states and explicitly NOT delegated to the Federal entity (so it MAY NOT do them. EVER.). "Nation-al(l)" in this context is all 50 states (ALL) operating together as a collective grouping with common interests (NA-TION), NA-TION+ALL (minus extra 'L') = NA-TION-AL.
