measles had been well understood and easily treatable for several generations before measles vaccine came along.
If somebody dies WITH measles, they they actually died of substandard health care

Lots of people get Pneumonia, not many die from it because it had been well understood and easily treatable for several generations, but it's possible to die from Pneumonia.
There are no hard and fast rules about getting sick. My wife is an ER nurse and has been for 30 years. She's seen people that are very healthy and very well cared for die from mild infections. My aunt died from a hangnail infection that was being treated. My wife's cousin died from tonsillitis.
Please ask wife if vaccines cause SIDS…
And if not, then why not…
If she mentions “muh studies”, then ask if she is aware theres only been 11 studies done,
and that none of those studies have ever been properly replicated.
also ask if she is aware that not one of those authors has ever successfully demonstrated competence in using any study to find any problem with any vaccine.
and then circle back and ask why billions of people should base their opinion on such flimsy evidence
