Interesting...

Couple these aspirations with General Kwast's revelations regarding power delivery and it sounds very plausible...

Personally, I think that anyone developing AI that needs energy/power, is totally on the hook for investing in that infrastructure.

This is where Trump's accelerated permitting process for on site power plants snaps right into place with musk & Kwast stuff ...
