The deep state needs continual world upheaval in order to keep themselves in power. Why not turn down the volume of war in Ukraine and then ratchet up war drums against Russia with more countries being dragged into that conflict? Trade a small war for a huge war. Lots of guns and tanks would be needed and the deepnstate probably own the manufacturing capabilities and the average tax payers will foot the bill. It's a great plan for the deepnstate to cull people and keep them poor.
