Conclusion =There's only two reasons why someone Resigns,1.they did 'SOMETHING WRONG' Personally or to the Company/Dept, 2. 'DISGUST' over not being able to do your job like being Hogtied/Stonewalled/Lied to, covering up what you have Seen/Uncovered with no Action/Reform/or no Consequence. So i think we can go with DISGUST would be my guess.

Again, only two reasons? I resigned a job I loved because after 8 years because I was burned out feom the intensity of the work. my health needed to be rebuilt. Maybe that is it. Maybe he wants more family life? Maybe he has simply fulfilled his purpose and its time to move on. Dont be so dim.
