If you go to the store and pay cash they will give you change by rounding off the numbers.. Getting rid of the penny has nothing to do with digital. It makes no sense to spend that kind of money to make the pennies. Canada got rid of pennies long long ago. Yes they round it up or down. But it works out better for you.
