I buy folinic acid, the bioavailable form of folic acid on Amazon.
I get the methylated folate. Will see if that is the same as folinic acid. What made you decide on that particular form of folate. I take it because of having used tylenol.
My health care provider recommended as an aid for sleeping through the night without waking up. It's worked well for that.
